Bears, Rams and Packers All To Win NFL Week 10

November 10, 2018

We’re over the half-way stage of the NFL season and the league is starting to declare itself in terms of post-season positioning.

The Los Angeles Rams saw their unbeaten record come to an end last week at the hands of the New Orleans Saints. Sean McVay’s men will be a number of teams looking to sure up their standing at the weekend.

We’ll now break down the five team that you should in your teaser for week 10’s round of games.

Will the Bears see off the Lions?

Detroit Lions @ Chicago Bears

The Bears have found their form once again after easing past the Buffalo Bills last time out. Their impressive start to the season had been stymied by AFC East opposition – the Miami Dolphins and the New England Patriots. However, Matt Nagy’s men defeated the other two teams in the division, the New York Jets and the Bills in back-to-back weeks to move back to the top of the NFC North. Chicago now face an important match in their division against the Lions. Their offense has been hit-and-miss at times, but Mitchell Trubisky has been solid enough to put points on the board. The Bears’ defense has been one of the strongest in the NFL this term.

Khalil Mack is working his way back to full fitness and should be ready to cause havoc in the backfield once again. The Lions appear to be coming apart under first-year head coach Matt Patricia. Golden Tate was traded away and his departure appeared to have an effect in their defeat to the Minnesota Vikings last week. Patricia also moved to fire special teams coach Joe Marciano in the aftermath of the loss. Another defeat in the NFC North would put Patricia under huge pressure. Back the Bears to claim the win at home at odds of 1.33Bet €100 to win €13333/100Bet £100 to win £133-303Bet $100 to win $1330.33Bet HK$100 to win HK$133-3.03Bet Rp100 to win Rp1330.3300Bet RM100 to win RM133  with BetOnline.

Seattle Seahawks @ Los Angeles Rams

The Rams suffered their first defeat of the season at the hands of the Saints last week. Los Angeles’ defense was exposed by Drew Brees and company, conceding 45 points at the SuperDome. McVay would have been pleased with the performance of his offense as they managed to battle back from a deficit to level the scores in the fourth quarter. However, the Saints pulled away again to drop the Rams to 8-1 in their campaign. Los Angeles now face a battle against the Seahawks, who gave them a tough game in the reverse fixture in Seattle.

Pete Carroll’s men are proving to be a stubborn team this term, although they suffered a disappointing defeat against the Los Angeles Chargers last week. Russell Wilson still led a late drive that could have tied the game, only to fall short in the redzone. The Rams will be desperate to bounce back to keep themselves on track for a bye in the playoffs. Between themselves and the Saints there is a cushion at the top of the NFC. However, they will be looking for home-field advantage, making a win over Seattle essential. McVay’s men have the offensive talent to blow the Seahawks away on home soil, back them at odds of 1.23Bet €100 to win €12323/100Bet £100 to win £123-435Bet $100 to win $1230.23Bet HK$100 to win HK$123-4.35Bet Rp100 to win Rp1230.2300Bet RM100 to win RM123  with BetOnline.

Miami Dolphins @ Green Bay Packers

The Packers have suffered back-to-back defeats to derail their push for the playoffs. Mike McCarthy’s men have made two key mistakes to lose to the Rams and the Patriots, with two players fumbling to allow their opponents to secure important victories. Aaron Rodgers was not quite at his best against the Patriots, failing to rise to the occasion in the fourth quarter.

The quarterback has not been given a great deal of help by his team-mates around him, while injuries are starting to eat away at key areas of the roster. His protection broke down at times in New England, testing his already injured left knee. Green Bay have to be flawless from now until the end of the season to reach the post-season, beginning with the Dolphins.

Miami won a horrendously played contest against the Jets last time out. The important aspect of the game was that the Dolphins managed to get the win. Their play on offense was downright putrid with Brock Osweiler struggling to move the ball downfield. Adam Gase’s men have wins on the campaign which puts them in with a shout of the Wildcard Round. Their defense has the potential to hold Rodgers in check, but their offense has to put more points on the board. The Packers should close out this contest at odds of 1.20Bet €100 to win €1201/5Bet £100 to win £120-500Bet $100 to win $1200.20Bet HK$100 to win HK$120-5.00Bet Rp100 to win Rp1200.2000Bet RM100 to win RM120  with BetOnline.

New England Patriots @ Tennessee Titans

The Patriots continued their march towards another playoff appearance by defeating the Packers last week. Tom Brady outduelled his rival Rodgers in the fourth quarter to secure the victory. Since losing in week three to the Detroit Lions, New England have reeled off six wins on the bounce. They’re one game behind the Kansas City Chiefs and will have the ambition of overhaul Andy Reid’s men to clinch the number one seed in the AFC. Bill Belichick’s side now face one an old Patriot player and his team. Mike Vrabel was part of three Patriot teams to win the Super Bowl under Belichick. He has performed well enough in his first year as a head coach with the Titans.

Tennessee ended a run of three-straight defeats in their win over the Dallas Cowboys on Monday. Former New England running back Dion Lewis played a crucial role in the win after another ex-Patriot Malcolm Butler allowed two touchdowns on his watch. Butler was another Super Bowl hero for the Patriots during his time at the club. However, his time ended sourly when he was benched in the last Super Bowl under Belichick in New England’s defeat to the Eagles. Butler will be desperate to prove a point, but Brady and company will know how to expose his weaknesses. Take New England to get the win on the road at odds of 1.36Bet €100 to win €1369/25Bet £100 to win £136-278Bet $100 to win $1360.36Bet HK$100 to win HK$136-2.78Bet Rp100 to win Rp1360.3600Bet RM100 to win RM136  with BetOnline.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Indianapolis Colts

The Colts have a huge opportunity to climb back into the playoff picture with a run of three-straight home games. They begin with a 3-5 record opening against the Jaguars before facing the Titans and the Dolphins. Frank Reich’s men are more than capable of reeling off three victories on the bounce by maintaining their current run of form. Andrew Luck has improved his accuracy, returning the quarterback that he threatened to become before his shoulder injury. He has been outstanding this term, throwing 23 touchdowns, including seven in his last two matches.

Marlon Mack has found life in the running game, producing back-to-back 100-yard games. The Colts’ offensive line has protected Luck and forged lanes for Mack to thrive. A similar outing will be able to see off the Jaguars on home soil.

Jacksonville appear to be heading downwards on a spiral towards a pick inside the top 10 of the 2019 Draft. Blake Bortles has been exposed this season and was benched in their defeat to the Houston Texans three weeks ago. He again struggled in their defeat to the Eagles, putting pressure on the club’s hierarchy to issue a permanent change at the quarterback position. Jacksonville’s vaunted defense has also had huge issues in their four-game losing run. Expect those to continue against the Colts, with Indianapolis being backed at 1.71Bet €100 to win €17171/100Bet £100 to win £171-141Bet $100 to win $1710.71Bet HK$100 to win HK$171-1.41Bet Rp100 to win Rp1710.7100Bet RM100 to win RM171  for the win at BetOnline.
